Guest Access

Although guests have access to the garage for washer & dryer use, we ask that guests do not store anything in the garage or operate the garage door openers.

This super spacious home is two stories, with master suite on the first floor. The home is originally from the 1970s and has been recently updated and outfitted to extend a warm welcome to your family and meet your needs during your stay. There are still little details here and there that tie back to its original character and add to its charm. The first floor has two living areas, plus a separate office area, separate dining area and game area. *Please Note - a couple of furniture items will be different from the pictures; the dining table was recently changed out to a lower style for our guests, it still has seating for 6. Due to one of the blue loveseats being damaged, it has been replaced it with 2 matching blue chairs in front of the fireplace. Additional outside seating has been added to the back patio.* The main living area has a 65” Smart TV and high-speed internet access. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and all stainless steel appliances, also comes with all the kitchen essentials for your stay. This home has a large back patio with outside dining and sitting areas and a gas BBQ grill. The primary bedroom is on the first floor with a king-size bed and 58" Smart TV.. It also has an ample closet and a full ensuite bathroom with a new walk-in shower. The three other guest rooms and the Jack’n’Jill bathroom are upstairs. One upstairs guest room also has a king-size bed and 58” Smart TV. The other guest room has a queen-sized bed, and the final guest room has two single beds. Comfy memory foam mattresses are provided in all bedrooms. Both bathrooms have new showers, new quartz vanity counters, and bath essentials are also provided. One Pack and Play, and one high chair are provided in the home for your little one. One queen air mattress and extra sheets/blankets/pillows are also provided. Washer and dryer are located in the garage of the home.

Other Details to Note

Security camera overlooking the front driveway and Ring Doorbell at front door. All pets must be added to your reservation, pet fee does apply (see policies and rules), no unauthorized pets allowed. Neighbors on both sides have dogs, so we ask that guests never leave their pets outside unattended in the back yard so as to avoid damage to the fences or injury to the pets. If pets are left unattended inside the home, they must be securely crated. Maintenance staff for lawncare and pest control may be on property from time-to-time.
