Home is located in the neighborhood of Meadow Ridge in Converse, TX. The neighborhood is a little older with most of the homes built in the 1980s. One side of the neighborhood backs up to Converse North Park. Most of the homes are in good shape with nice curb appeal, there are also a few that could use some TLC, many residents also have pets.

Security camera overlooking the front driveway and Ring Doorbell at front door. ALL pets must be added to your reservation, pet fee does apply (see policies and rules), no unauthorized pets allowed. Neighbors on both sides have dogs, so we ask that guests don't leave their pets outside unattended in the back yard so as to avoid damage to the fences or injury to the pets. Maintenance staff for lawncare and pest control may be on property from time-to-time.
